Experience was exceptional and completely worth it. Hands down one of the best I stayed in.

The room was exceptionally huge and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast spread was worth the extra that I topped up. Even had a cake to celebrate my birthday and 2 free drinks to enjoy at their sunroom.

Breakfast spread was worth but I personally didn't like some of the food. Still worth a try if you're there to relax and enjoy yourselves without having to worry about heading out early for breakfast.

Wonderful

The view from the window was amazing. The corner room allows us to observe almost all of the city. The hotel's location is handy, close to the metro, shopping centers, and sightseeing. All are within walking distance.

The column in the middle of the room greatly reduces the size of the room

Perfect location, very friendly staff, great food.

There was a minor issue with the lights in our room, in 4 days we could not figure out how and which buttons turn on and off the lights properly, it was quite randomly working.

Good quality but misses something to be a 5 stars hotel

Good location to move around also by foot. Nice view from both the room and the rooftop/swimming pool. Very good room service and nice touch having free snacks/drinks in the room and at the bar during all day.

Cleaning was messy, housekeeping said they would have come at 11, they never did. At 3PM had to ask 3 times to reception to send someone. For being a 5 stars hotel, a little weird to see the staff not even dressing a uniform (they look random people from the street) nor bringing you to your room.

Andaz always gives us a happy & comfortable stay!

Clean & spacious, most rooms have good views. Good location, just on top of MRT; & lots of restaurants nearby. Good to have complimentary drinks & snack and refilled everyday; especially good to kids. We choose Andaz every time we come to Singapore. This is our 4th stay in Andaz.

Full marks if room rates a bit lower.

trendy meets cosy

the rooms are modern, comfortable and large. the breakfast buffet is providing a nice choice and good product, loved the minute made waffles! staff did its best despite the F1 period. our best experience in Singapore.

it was the F1 so I found the staff a bit overwhelmed. check in is supposed to be at 3 but the room was not ready before 4. but the complimentary drinks and snacks made the way easier. I wanted to cancel that stay to escape the Grand Prix but I am glad I could not so u for the chance to try it.

We had stayed in Andaz hotel before in LA and this Andaz hotel didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect and the staff w

Room was clean and spacious. An amazing view looking down the straight for the F1. Close to Sentec City centre, MRT was on B3 which took us straight to Downtown and City Circle stations. Only one or two stops to take us to the various gates for the F1. Best breakfast I have ever experienced.

Great hotel in Singapore

Staff nice, friendly, helpful and polite the rooms big and well kept always clean . The restaurant was also very nice

Needs more signage around the outside of the building on to find the entrance of the hotel. Bigger and bolder signs to find the escalators and lifts
